Stephensons catering equipment supplier welcome Mark Holmes as their new Territory Manager for Liverpool, Chester and the Wirral.

With over 25 years experience in the catering industry, we’re proud to introduce Mark as the newest addition to our ever expanding team. Having worked in some of the best kitchens in the country, Mark’s wealth of knowledge is an asset to the company and is already valued among customers.

Mark’s comprehensive background as a chef range from Commis Chef at the start of his career progressing through to Senior Chef de Partie, Sous Chef right through to Head Chef and Proprietor. Restaurants Mark has worked at include: The Mayfair Five Star Deluxe Hotel in London; La Terrace at Le Meridian Hotel in London; and Scotts Restaurant and Champagne Bar in London. In the North West region Mark has worked at The Royal Exchange Theatre in Manchester and Mr Thomas’ Restaurant and Bar in Manchester among many more!

A chat with mark will unearth plenty of interesting stories and even the odd bit of name dropping having personally cooked for the likes of Madonna, Michael Jackson and even the Royal Family!
